What’s the difference between the DJ and DHJ?Both have the door lock sensor; the DJ is sized for smaller, lighter doors and grilles, while the DHJ adds capacity and a chain hoist for larger, heavier doors.
Why does the door lock sensor matter for grilles?Storefront grilles are usually locked overnight. Without a sensor, an accidental open command can burn the motor or bend the curtain — the DJ simply refuses to run while locked.
What’s the duty cycle?25 cycles per hour and up to 90 cycles per day — ample for retail open/close routines.
Can it close automatically at closing time?The integrated timer-to-close (5–60 seconds) closes the door automatically after opening; paired with myQ® you can also close and verify remotely.
