An impact glass garage door can weigh three to four times more than a standard door, so expert installation matters as much as the door itself. Our team installs every AA Impact door to the manufacturer’s specifications for smooth, reliable operation.
We’ll walk you through AA Impact’s door series, lite configurations, glass tints, interlayers, and frame colors to find the right fit for your opening and your home’s style.
Our technicians install each door with the heavy-duty 3″ tracks and rollers it’s built for, then balance, test, and fine-tune the door before the job is finished.
Upgrading from an older door? Our Garage Door Replacement service covers removal of your existing door and a clean, code-compliant installation of your new AA Impact impact glass garage door.
Whether you’re building a new home or replacing an outdated door, Joe’s Door Garage Door Service can help you choose an AA Impact garage door that protects your property and elevates its look.

AA Impact doors are engineered around hurricane-grade construction and hardware you won’t find on a typical glass garage door.
The finishing details are just as refined. Extrusion end caps seal open frame cavities to reduce noise and air leakage, color-matched powder-coated aluminum door stops add a premium finish, and slim 3 1/4″ rails deliver a clean, modern profile without bulky double stiles.
AA Impact offers three series sized to your garage opening. Every series meets Florida Building Code for high-velocity hurricane zones (large missile rated), features a sturdy 3″ frame and 3″ track and rollers, and is compatible with low-headroom, standard, and high-lift track.
For openings up to 12′ wide, with a maximum size of 12’0″ x 16’3 5/8″. Rated to +50.0/-60.0 PSF, and up to +89/-106 PSF on 10′ doors with reinforcement. Florida Product Approval FL #46870.1.
For openings from 12’1″ to 16’2″ wide, with a maximum size of 16’2″ x 16’3 5/8″. Rated to +46.0/-55.0 PSF, or +50/-60 PSF with reinforcement. Florida Product Approval FL #46870.2.
For wide openings from 16’3″ to 18’4″, with a maximum size of 18’4″ x 16’3 5/8″. Rated to +46.0/-55.0 PSF. Florida Product Approval FL #46870.3.
