Effective 28 August 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms apply to garage door service plans sold by YZS LLC, doing business as Joe’s Doors Garage Door Services.

The short version

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and YZS LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Joe’s Doors Garage Door Services (“Joe’s Doors”, “we”, “us”). By enrolling in a service plan you agree to these terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as JOES DOORS SVC PLAN. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.

2. What a plan covers

Each plan covers a set number of garage doors at one property. If you have doors at more than one address, each address needs its own plan.

All plans include priority scheduling for emergency repairs, which means we place you ahead of non-members when scheduling. It is not a guaranteed response time. Plans are sold for one to five doors at a property; for six or more, contact us directly.

3. Your first visit

We will contact you to schedule your first tune-up and will schedule it to take place within 30 days of the day you join, subject to your availability. The first visit includes a free hurricane-readiness check at no extra charge.

If we cannot reach you, or you are not available within that window, the obligation to schedule within 30 days does not carry forward — but your tune-up entitlement for the year remains, and we will schedule it when you are ready.

4. Price, billing and automatic renewal

Your price depends on the plan you choose, whether you pay monthly or annually, and how many doors are covered. The exact amount and billing frequency are shown at checkout before you pay, and on the receipt we email you afterwards. Prices for a single door start at $16.99 per month or $179 per year on Basic, $24.99 per month or $259 per year on Standard, and $37.99 per month or $389 per year on Premium. Each additional door at the same property costs less than the one before it.

Your plan renews automatically. A monthly plan is charged every month on the same date. An annual plan is charged once a year on the anniversary of the day you joined. We charge the payment method you gave us at checkout, at the same price you are paying now, and we keep doing so until you cancel.

We email you a receipt for every charge. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before then.

5. Promotional codes and the free first year

We sometimes give customers a promotional code, usually with a new garage door installation, that makes the first year of an annual plan free. If you used one, this section is the important one.

A free first year is a discount on your first payment, not a free plan. Your first annual payment is reduced to $0.00. Twelve months later, on the anniversary of the day you joined, your plan renews automatically and is charged in full at the normal annual price for your plan and door count — for example $259.00 for a one-door Standard plan. It then renews every year after that until you cancel.

We will email you a reminder before that first paid charge. You can cancel at any point during your free year, or after the reminder and before the charge, and you will never be billed. See section 6.

Promotional codes are single use, are tied to the customer we issued them to, and cannot be transferred, sold or combined with another offer. They apply to annual plans only.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without speaking to anyone. Manage or cancel your plan yourself at our billing portal — enter the email address you used at checkout and we will send you a secure link. The same link is in every receipt we send you. You can also email [email protected] and we will do it for you.

Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end your current period. If you cancel part-way through a paid year or month, your plan stays active until the end of that period. You keep your tune-up entitlement and your repair discounts for the whole period you paid for, and we will still come out for any visit booked before your end date. After that date the plan ends and the discounts stop.

Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a tune-up, tell us within 30 days of the visit and we will return and put it right, or refund that plan year, at your choice.

Except as set out above, payments already made are not refundable, because the entitlement they bought remains available to you until the period ends.

7. Scheduling, access and your property

Tune-ups are carried out during normal business hours by appointment. We need safe access to the door and the opener; if a locked gate, an alarm, a pet or a blocked garage prevents us working, we will reschedule, and a repeatedly missed appointment may use up that visit for the year.

Please tell us about gate or access codes when you join or when we call to book. You are responsible for the accuracy of the service address you give us.

8. Discounts on repairs and parts

Your member discount applies to labour and to accessories on work we carry out at the covered property while your plan is active. It does not apply to work at other properties, to work carried out before you joined, to insurance or warranty claims, or where another discount or promotion already applies.

A tune-up is a service and safety inspection with adjustment. It does not include parts, and it does not include repairs identified during the visit — those are quoted separately, at your member discount.

9. Extended labour warranty

If you bought a garage door from Joe’s Doors within the two years before joining, we extend the labour warranty on that door from two years to four years, for as long as your plan stays active without a gap. The extension applies to labour only, follows the original warranty’s terms and exclusions in all other respects, and ends if your plan lapses.

10. What a plan does not cover

We may decline to service a door that is unsafe to work on until the underlying problem is repaired.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you receive, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand and you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to hold the plan after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact us

Email [email protected] or call the number on your receipt. We answer billing questions faster than a bank dispute will, and we would much rather sort it out with you directly.
