How do I know if I have a broken spring?

My garage door opener is not working properly, what should I do?

There are a few things you can check before calling for assistance. For example, be certain that the garage door opener is plugged in and that the electrical power is on. If you have done these things and the opener still doesn't work, please contact us so we can assist you.

Can I do the maintenance myself?

We recommend that you do not attempt to do any maintenance or repairs on your own. It can be dangerous to attempt this without proper knowledge and experience, so we strongly urge you to leave everything to our experienced and trained professionals. We do suggest that you lubricate all moving parts (particularly the hinges) yourself every few months.

Our standard maintenance service includes a detailed examination of your door and motor for wear and tear. We'll lubricate all moving components and adjust the springs and tracks if necessary.
