Installer showed up on time, didn't speak much English but we were able to communicate fine. Installed the door by himself in about 3 hours which in my opinion is pretty impressive. Dealing with Joe's garage doors was a pleasure. Would definitely recomend.
Our automatic opener inspection includes a UL 325 safety reverse test, an inspection for proper operation, adjusting up and down force sensitivity, tightening the drive chain/belt as needed, lubricating the drive train and sprockets, checking wiring and connections, set up and down limits as needed, remove the cover and inspect all internal gears and belts, check transmitters and push buttons for proper operation and range, and check and adjust photo-eyes. Additionally, it is important to check for any frayed cables or rusty springs, adjust the spring tension as needed, and replace the opener lights if needed.
