Doors came off the track and wore out the operator. Called Joes and a technician came out the next day. He immediately found the problem and had to reattach the cable to a take up reel and rebalance the door. He inspected the hinges and wheels and lubricated all. Door opens and closes without the operator with just 2 fingers and is balanced perfectly. Prompt service, reasonable cost, expert troubleshooting. Will use Joes again.
