It includes paying city fees, Notice of Commencement (above $2500), architectural drawing, wind load calculation and scheduling final inspection. We will take care of all the details from start to finish, including scheduling final inspections at an additional cost.

The bottom rubber of my door has fallen off. Can it be replaced?

Our garage door weatherstripping and seals are designed to fit your garage door perfectly. We will match your bottom rubber precisely to fit your door. In case your track is rusted or bent we can add a new track for the bottom seal to slide in.

Our standard service call usually takes about an hour. However, if there are any repair services needed, it may take longer.

When a garage door spring breaks, you may notice several signs. The main indicator is a loud noise, which does not necessarily only happen while the door is operating. In addition, the coil will also be physically separated, the door will be extremely heavy, and there will be loose cables.

Can I do the maintenance myself?

We recommend that you do not attempt to do any maintenance or repairs on your own. It can be dangerous to attempt this without proper knowledge and experience, so we strongly urge you to leave everything to our experienced and trained professionals. We do suggest that you lubricate all moving parts (particularly the hinges) yourself every few months.

Our standard maintenance service fee is $49. However, if there are any repair services needed, the cost of those services will be additional and you will be quoted before any work is performed.
