Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy:
Joe’s Doors offers the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. You are covered for all repaired parts on your door system for as long as you own your door. In addition we provide a 2-year labor warranty.
For the installation of a new garage door, this warranty covers defects in workmanship. The garage door manufacturer provides its own separate warranty to you for the door and its parts. Service charges may apply.

For repair to an existing garage door, this warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including installation. Joe’s Doors will repair, or if repair is not possible, Joe’s Doors will replace any defective part or workmanship at no charge for parts and/or materials. A service charge may apply.
Advanced Screenworks, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that each new Lifestyle Screens product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the entire period of time that you own the Product from the date of purchase. How Long Coverage Lasts:
This warranty begins when a repair or installation is complete. This warranty cannot be transferred. The warranty terminates if the original customer sells or no longer owns the repaired or new garage door.
What Is Not Covered?
If anyone other than Joe’s Doors, works on any new or repaired part covered by this warranty, then that part and the labor to repair or replace that part is no longer covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover any materials or workmanship provided by anyone other than the warranty issuer. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, such as damage or injury to a person or property because a garage door did not operate properly. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty does not cover doors in which the door cables are displaced, misaligned, or disconnected. This warranty does not cover problems caused by abuse, misuse, civil disturbance, and/or Acts of God.
At Joe’s Doors, we understand the urgency that can come with a malfunctioning or damaged garage door. When you're faced with a covered warranty concern, our team prioritizes addressing the issue as swiftly as our schedule permits. While we are committed to arriving at your site at the earliest opportunity, we wish to set clear expectations: we cannot guarantee that our response time will be within a specific window. However, we make it our mission to address and rectify all covered warranty issues within a span of no more than 5 business days.
